By accessing this website or applying to the Namastey Network partner program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the program.

The service

Namastey Network operates a performance marketing affiliate network connecting advertisers and publishers across pay per call, lead generation, and CPS campaigns. Specific campaign terms (payout model, caps, qualification, returns, and duplicate rules) are set out per campaign in writing and govern the commercial relationship.

Partner obligations

• Provide accurate application and traffic information.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including TCPA, state telemarketing rules, CAN-SPAM, and CMS requirements where relevant.
• Use only approved traffic sources and creatives, and honor consent, DNC, and suppression requirements.
• No bot, fabricated, incentivized-where-prohibited, spoofed, or otherwise fraudulent traffic.

Payments

Payout models, schedules, returns, and scrub rules are defined per campaign. We may withhold or reverse payment for traffic that breaches campaign rules, fails validation, or is found to be fraudulent.

Intellectual property

The Namastey Network name, logo, and site content are the property of Dime In Time Media. Use of brand assets requires written permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and information are provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Namastey Network is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or program.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
